We are seeking experienced and energetic Quality Assurance engineers to join the ranks of our innovative development team.

Overview

In this role, you will help ensure that our implementations maintain high quality through a mixture of different forms of testing (ad-hoc, component, integration, and end-to-end). Together with our software developers and product owners, you will participate in the sprint refinement and planning sessions, defining test path and automation test cases to guarantee acceptance criteria are met. You will contribute to building and maintaining our software pipelines. You will be the critical link between the development team and the product owners, acting as the user’s advocate during the software development lifecycle. You also will be reporting and controlling quality indicators (test reports, code coverage).

We are a growing team, and the ability to collaborate and communicate is key. You will be expected to make and suggest decisions regarding both your work and others’. You will need to be comfortable giving and receiving honest and direct feedback. As an expert in testing methodologies, you will be responsible for steering other less experienced team members toward proper techniques and approaches.

About You

  • Passion for building highly scalable test systems in a fast paced, team-oriented environment

  • Ability to participate in collaborative sessions and debates for the betterment of the product.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in software testing.

  • Experience with modern automation testing technologies (Cypress, Playwright, Vitest).

  • Knowledge of testing best practices, and experience influencing best practices within development teams.

  • Excellent in technical communication with peers and non-technical cohorts.

  • An individual who is eligible to work in the Netherlands or United States (no outsourced development or B2B arrangements will be considered).

It’s A Plus If You Have

  • Experience working with Drupal.

  • Fluency in PHP, Vue.JS, and .NET

  • Prior testing experience working with a large-scale web application project.

  • Experience with modern unit testing technologies (phpunit, junit).

  • Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines, Gitlab).

  • Experience with Docker, AWS and Terraform.

  • Experience with web and database performance optimization tools.
